*Track Description*
The growth and popularity of social networking sites has manifested itself
various parts of individual life and business practices. This phenomenon
has changed social interaction and shrinking the world we live in. People
are more connected than ever before, giving opportunities for organizations
to individual identify and also connect to their customers. Social networks
have also facilitated collaboration and communication within a global
environment.
This track focuses on these digital networks and the interactions that take
place within them. Primary interests include behaviors and interactions
between individuals, organizations and groups. The complexity of social
networking continues to grow as these social networks become implemented
within various aspects of business using various technologies. Research
interest within social networking may include but is not limited to
co-creation, collaboration, networking, entertainment and learning using
technologies such as cloud computing, hash tagging, digital media and
mobile technology.

The track welcomes both empirical and theoretical submissions using design
science, behavioral, empirical, economic, and managerial approaches.

Possible topics of interest include (but are not limited to):

   - Adoption and use of social networks
   - Decision making using SNSs
   - Crowd-sourcing and co-creation
   - Opinion Mining and textual analysis
   - Information disclosure
   - SNS privacy and security
   - Group collaboration
   - Social influence
   - Social capital
   - Mobile social networking
   - Cross-cultural SNS
