The IROM Department at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin is seeking applicants for non-tenured position in Management Information Systems. Candidates with a PhD in MIS are preferred, but those with a master's degree in the specialization will be considered. The candidates need to demonstrate excellence in teaching at the undergraduate or Master's level. Qualified candidates with a PhD may be considered for a three-year contract renewable subsequently subject to satisfactory performance. The full teaching load is 4 sections each semester focused primarily on teaching at the undergraduate level. The candidate should be flexible to teach programming, systems analysis and design, and introductory MIS material.
