[AISWorld] publication outlet

Hi everyone
 
Can I be advised if the Mediterranean Journal of Social Sciences is a good journal to publish in? It seems they accept all papers within two weeks without suggesting any changes. Has anybody else got advice before I submit my articles to them as well? I had several colleagues of mine who published in it as well with the same experience.
