Dear Colleagues,



Please consider to participate and/or contribute to the Pre-ECIS2014 workshop
on "IT Operations Management". The aim of this workshop is to provide the
current state of knowledge in operational issues of Information Technology
and intends to develop a broad research agenda for the future of "IT
Operations Management". The workshop is designed as an interdisciplinary
workshop in the intersection of Information Systems (IS) and Operations
Research (OR). Therefore, the target audience is distributed among
researchers from IS with interest in enterprise systems,
interorganisational systems, IT service management, grid computing, cloud
computing, Green IS, from OR with interest in capacity planning, service
modeling, systems optimization, and industry experts in the area of data
center management and IT service provisioning.


Submission to the Ideas Corner is still open!! Submit late breaking
results, ideas, position papers and opinion papers on the related topics.
Aim of the workshop is to identify the future direction for IT Operations
Management. Every contribution to this goal is very welcome. Moreover,
since we have several fast-track possibilities for journal publications,
this might be a nice option to discuss preliminary results
