Dear colleagues,

The Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) area of the George Mason University School of Business seeks to fill two Term (non-tenure track) Faculty positions starting August 2014. These are full-time positions with benefits. The initial appointment will be for one academic year. Subsequent renewals will be based on performance, programmatic needs, and budgetary constraints. Fall semester classes begin on August 25, 2014.

The complete descriptions of the two positions can be found at: https://jobs.gmu.edu under position numbers F7830z and F6469z. The ideal candidate for the first position will possess the academic and professional experience for effectively teaching courses in our M.S. (Technology Management) Program. The candidate will be also expected to teach undergraduate MIS courses. The ideal candidate for the second position will possess the academic and/or professional experience for effectively teaching a variety of MIS courses primarily undergraduate-level. It is highly desirable that this candidate is also able to teach the undergraduate core Operations Management course.

Applicants must apply online at https://jobs.gmu.edu for the position numbers mentioned above. Review of applications will begin on July 3, 2014, and continue until the positions are filled. Questions about the application process may be directed to Sylvia Cowans, administrative assistant for the ISOM area, at 703.993.1795 (or scowans1 at gmu.edu).

Warm Regards,
Pallab
