[AISWorld] Nalley Distinguished Chair for the Practice of Entrepreneurship

The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia seeks qualified applicants for the Nalley Distinguished Chair for the Practice of Entrepreneurship and Director of Terry's Entrepreneurship Programs. The position is subject to final approval by the University of Georgia and the Board of Regents of the State of Georgia.



We seek individuals with excellent records of scholarly accomplishment and whose primary research, teaching, and outreach interests span entrepreneurship and their own home discipline. Scholarly interest in technology and its role in entrepreneurship and innovation is desired. Applicants should also have an interest and expertise in building entrepreneurship programs and potentially developing an entrepreneurship center. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or DBA and have a record commensurate with appointment at the rank of associate professor or full professor. Entrepreneurship Programs are housed in the Department of Management Information Systems (MIS). Applicants from a wide array of academic interests and backgrounds are encouraged to apply; applicants do not have to hold a Ph.D. in MIS to be selected.



For initial consideration, applicants should send a vita and a brief letter of interest. Candidates receiving serious consideration will be asked to send additional materials, such as references, articles, and teaching evaluations, at a later date.
