** SCOPE:
This special issue will serve as a small but vital forum in all areas of 
Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science and Computational 
Intelligence, including Fuzzy Logic, Computational Linguistics, Brain 
Computing, Automation, Reasoning, Recognition, Learning, and Philosophy 
of Mind. The main goal is to promote our fascinating sciences and 
engineering to the next generation -- young researchers and students.

We welcome four types of papers in all aspects of Artificial 
Intelligence and Cognitive Science: regular research papers, short 
communications, reviews and visionary papers. There is no restriction on 
the length of the papers. Graduate students and junior faculty are 
especially encouraged to submit papers for stimulating and exchanging ideas.
