Assistant/Associate Professor of Information Systems and Security
College of Business and Economics
Full-Time, Tenure-track Faculty, Position #F0001

The College of Business & Economics at Longwood University invites
outstanding candidates to apply for a full-time, tenure-track faculty
position in the Information Systems and Security department beginning
August 2015. Longwood University College of Business and Economics is

Qualifications:
Candidates should have primary expertise in information systems. Rank is
dependent on applicant qualifications. An earned doctorate in MIS or a
related field from an AACSB-accredited program is required. Practical
business experience is highly desirable. ABD applicants will be considered,
if there is strong evidence that they will complete their degree
requirements by August 2015. All applicants should have an established
record of excellent teaching and research. Successful candidates should be
able to contribute to the development of an innovative MBA program.

Commonwealth of Virginia benefits accompany this position. Salary is
competitive and commensurate with qualifications. A successful criminal
