[AISWorld] Registration for ICIS 2014 now open

Dear colleagues

I am pleased to let you know that registration for the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) is now open. You can register at http://icis2014.aisnet.org/

ICIS 2014 will be hosted by the University of Auckland Business School in Auckland, New Zealand, from December 14-17. The official hotels for ICIS are the Langham Hotel and the Pullman Hotel, both of which are within walking distance of the business school.  You can obtain the discounted conference rate for both these hotels via the ICIS website (under the travel tab).

As usual there will be many ancillary events held before, during and after ICIS. For example, the Australian Conference on Information Systems http://bis2.aut.ac.nz/acis2014/ is being held from December 8-10, and the IFIP WG 8.2 Conference http://bis2.aut.ac.nz/ifip82-2014/ from December 11-12. Both WITS http://wits2014.isom.auckland.ac.nz/Home.html and WISE http://misrc.umn.edu/wise/index.html are being held after ICIS. You can find out about many of these ancillary events on the Program tab of the ICIS website, although this information is still being updated on a regular basis.

Since the weeks immediately before Christmas are a peak travel period when many New Zealanders return home, I encourage you to book your flights as early as possible. Please check the ICIS website for more travel information.
