TRACK DESCRIPTION
==================
Cloud computing offers on-demand access to a shared pool of managed and scalable information technology (IT) resources on a pay-per-use basis. With cloud computing, IT resources are used in a similar way as traditional utilities such as water, gas, and electricity. Cloud computing services are designed to interact in a service-oriented environment to create and combine new types of connected, innovative, and service-based enterprise architectures as well as end-user solutions. Thus, cloud computing services are a key driver towards a networked society.
With cloud computing outgrowing its infancy and organizations continue to rely on and invest in cloud technologies, the demand for secure, compliant, and reliable cloud computing services rises and the need to efficiently adopt, integrate, and roll out cloud computing services gains importance. As a specific focus of this track, we focus on practices to ensure security, compliance, and reliability of cloud solutions as well as on sourcing and decision processes in the context of cloud computing services.

TOPICS OF INTEREST
==================
This track invites researchers who explore the strategic, organizational, technological implications of cloud sourcing to submit original empirical or theoretical contributions. We encourage researchers to submit behavioral and, in particular, case-based, action, and design-oriented research that enable provision of secure, compliant, and reliable cloud services as well as efficient cloud sourcing processes. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Cloud computing adoption, innovation, and diffusion
* Cloud sourcing, decision-making and make or buy decision processes
* Cloud sourcing processes and practices
* Business impact of adopting cloud computing services
* Cloud computing services in highly regulated industries (e.g., health care, financial services)
* Medical and health IT services in cloud computing environments
* Integration of cloud services in the overall IT landscape
* Cloud computing services and organizational change
* Trust in cloud computing
* Security, privacy, and compliance management in cloud computing
* Monitoring and accountability in cloud environments
* Privacy policies for cloud-based services
* Metrics, measures, and audit processes for certification of cloud services
* Digital preservation of cloud services
* Big data in the cloud
* Cloud computing for start-ups and entrepreneurs
* Self-service cloud portals, service descriptions, cloud marketplaces and ecosystems
* Value-added services for cloud ecosystems
