Dear colleagues

I am delighted to let you know that the ICIS social event will feature Tom Sharplin and his rock'n'roll band. This is the band in which Russell Crowe started his performing career (see Wikipedia).

What you might not know is that one of the members of the ICIS conference committee used to be a member of this same band, appearing on TV and touring the country - hence world famous in New Zealand at the time :)

The venue is the Viaduct Event Centre, located right on the beautiful Auckland waterfront.

Please remember that early bird registration closes on October 8.
