Hi

We are offering a master course on E-Governance with the following description:
This course introduces Internet technologies that are affecting people’s interactions with government. The course shows means by which governments use and manage these technologies to better provide information and services to the public. The course content is divided into three categories: Overview and assessment of development techniques, key policy issues relevant to e-government implementation programs and the broader use of information technology in modern societies. Case studies, which explore the skills and concepts needed to effectively manage e-government projects and programs, are also discussed in this course.

I wonder if you could suggest a suitable text/book/s for this course and/or other resources.

Regards
