IEEE styletemplates are available on site.Papers will be refereed and accepted on thebasis of their scientific merit and relevance to the conference. Submittedpapers must be unpublished and not under review in any other conference orjournal (submissions that violate this requirement will be regarded asself-plagiarism). Preprints containing accepted papers will be published on aUSB memory stick provided to the FedCSIS participants.Only papers presented at the conference will be included in the IEEEXplore® database and submitted for indexation in: Thomson Reuters - ConferenceProceedings Citation Index, SciVerse Scopus, Inspec, DBLP Computer ScienceBibliography and Google Scholar and other repositories.Conference proceedings will be published ina volume with ISBN and ISSN numbers and posted at the conference WWW site.Conference proceedings will be indexed inBazEkon and submitted for indexation in: Thomson Reuters - ConferenceProceedings Citation Index, SciVerse Scopus, Inspec, Index Copernicus, DBLPComputer Science Bibliography and Google Scholar.Extended versions of selected paperspresented during the conference will be published as Special Issue(s). Currently,a special issue of the Computer Science and Information Systems journal (ISIIndexed - the Journal ComSIS journal indexed by Tomson Reuters  http://www.comsis.org/indexing.php)is being prepared on the basis of selected papers from the MMAP 2013 and itwill be published in 2015.Special issue, based on the selected MMAP2015 submissions is planned for the BDI Journal of Computer Science &Applications http://www.tmrfindia.org/ijcsa.htmlfurthermore, we are in active negotiations for additional Special Issue(s)based on the papers accepted for the MMAP 2016. BESTPAPER AWARDA best paper award will be made for work ofhigh quality presented at the MMAP Symposium. The technical committee inconjunction with the organizing/steering committee will decide on thequalifying papers.
