The proposed conference  that will be held at University of the Thai
Chamber of Commerce,  Bangkok, Thailand  From May 20-22, 2015 aims to
enable researchers build connections between different digital applications.


The conference welcomes papers on the following (but not limited to)
research topics:

- AV-Communication and Multimedia
- Assessment Methods in Blended Learning Environments
- Assessment Software Tools
- Assessment and Accreditation of Courses and Institutions
- Authoring Tools and Content Development
- Blended Learning
- Collaborative Learning
- Computer-Aided Assessment
- Context Dependent Learning
- Cooperation with Industry in Teaching

All the submitted papers will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers,
and all the registered papers will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion to
IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
