The theme of the 44th Conference of the Southern African Computers Lecturers' Association (SACLA) is "Renewing ICT teaching and learning:  Building on the past to create new energies" . The conference is hosted by the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.

The conference website will provide you with information regarding venue, conference theme, tracks, the SACLA template and formatting guidelines, plus key dates. Deadline for full papers and workshop proposals on 1st April. Submissions can be made through the conference website www.wits.ac.za/sacla2015<http://www.wits.ac.za/sacla2015> or directly through EasyChair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sacla2015).

The deadline for short papers, panel proposals and the M&D Symposium is 10th May.
