One Year Lecturer Position, Cameron School of Business, University of North Carolina Wilmington

The Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington is seeking applications for a Lecturer position (AY 2015-2016, Beginning August 2015) in the Department of Information Systems and Operations Management.  The selected candidate will teach the introductory course in information systems as well as one other area such as software development, data storage, information systems strategy, or network security. The Department of Information Systems and Operations Management invites applications for a one-year Lecturer in Information Systems to begin in August 2015. The selected candidate will teach four courses per semester with additional departmental/school service considerations.



Minimum requirements include ABD candidates in information systems, PhD's preferred. In addition, preferred candidates will have university level teaching experience at the instructor/lecturer level, experience teaching introduction to information systems and the ability to teach in one of the following areas: software development, data storage, information systems strategy, or network security. Strong applicants will have a recent history of scholarly publications in information systems, and a research agenda that can lead to collaborative projects in the department.
