The Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate position in Management Information Systems to begin Fall 2016. Individuals with interests in business analytics are especially encouraged to apply.  Candidates are expected to have outstanding research and teaching credentials or demonstrated potential. The position requires an earned doctorate in Information Systems or a related field before the initial appointment. Teaching opportunities include advanced undergraduate, graduate, and executive courses. Salary and research support are competitive.

Department faculty will be attending the Americas Conference on Information Systems in Puerto Rico and the Academy of Management meeting in Vancouver. UMKC enrolls approximately 15,000 students. The Bloch School has almost 1,900 students, more than 50 full-time faculty, and excellent technology resources.  The School offers instruction at the undergraduate, graduate, executive, and doctoral levels.  Its business and public administration programs are accredited by AACSB International and NASPAA, respectively.
