The Management Area of the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly) seeks applicants for one or more full-time, tenure-track, academic year positions at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor in the primary area of Information Systems (IS). Interest and ability to teach both undergraduate and graduate level classes is desirable. Applicants are expected to be able to teach core IS classes such as Systems Analysis and Design, Database Systems, and System Implementation, for example. A background and interest in teaching advanced IS courses such as Advanced MIS, Enterprise Wide Business Processes for Accounting, Spreadsheet Modeling for Accounting, Data Mining, Business Analytics, Programming.
