Fourteenth Workshop on e-Business (WeB 2015)

Pre-ICIS Workshop, URL: http://web2015.isy.vcu.edu/papers.php

Fort Worth, Texas

December 12, 2015

E-Commerce business models have matured over the years and are becoming a
permanent fixture in the business domain. The tremendous growth in online
markets has contributed to the advancement of the art at a rapid pace.
Recognizing and theoretically interpreting these changes has been the
objective of the Annual Workshop on E-Business for more than a decade.

The theme of WeB 2015 is "Leveraging Service Computing and Big Data
Analytics for E-Commerce". With the advances in high speed connectivity and
ability to deliver services seamlessly over the Web, service computing is
not only reshaping business operations and solutions, but also transforming
how e-business systems are designed, developed, and deployed. The global
nature of service computing creates a new connected economic structure for
supporting different e-business models, resulting in an increased amount of
data being created and collected. Big data analytics is increasingly being
used by organizations to gain a competitive advantage, thereby changing the
face of e-commerce by impacting all aspects of the business. Its initiatives
require considerable investments in infrastructure, tools, and technologies.

The Fourteenth Workshop on E-Business will be held in Fort Worth, Texas on
December 12th 2015 to provide an interactive forum by bringing together
researchers and practitioners worldwide to explore the latest challenges of
next-generation e-Business system and potential of service computing and big
data analytics. We invite original research articles addressing a broad
coverage of technical, managerial, economic, and strategic issues related to
