If you haven’t done it so, you can still register for free to the upcoming MOOC on “Fundamentals of Business Process Management”, hosted by the Queensland University of Technology (https://moocs.qut.edu.au/learn/fundamentals-of-bpm-october-2015). The course starts on 12 October, with the first week being an orientation week, followed by 6 weeks of content.

Business processes are everywhere and this course will show you how to systematically identify, model, analyze, redesign, automate and monitor them, with the ultimate goal of improving your organization’s performance. The techniques and tools you get to know are generally applicable in any domain that you can think of – let it be public organizations, schools, banks, logistics, healthcare or production companies, to name but a few. Not to forget, it will be lots of fun!

Every week you will watch short videos, at your own pace, along the business process management lifecycle. The videos will be interspersed with interviews to practitioners and scientists in the field, interactive exercises, online quizzes and an optional project. You can even earn a certificate with pathways towards award courses at the Queensland University of Technology. The course has an average workload of 3 hours per week.

See you online!
