Full Research & Research-in-Progress Papers

Full research and research-in-progress submissions are expected to be theoretical articles, formal analyses and / or papers that report qualitative or quantitative pragmatic research. Research-in-Progress papers are expected to be the same as full research papers however they typically represent research work that is incomplete, yet promising. Please submit your work to the conference track that best fits the topic area. We do appreciate that the list of tracks is not all-inclusive – nonetheless, we would like to request the authors to select the tract that best fits the topic area. Please note that the Program Chair may shift a given submission from one track to another if it is considered to be appropriate.



Workshops & Tutorials

----------------------------



IISSA 2016 invites proposals for workshops and tutorial sessions. The conference will showcase the contributions in the area of innovative Information Systems. We welcome workshop and tutorial proposals that reflect the said theme or any other topics that would be of interest to the IS scholars and the scientific research community at large.





Language

The language of the conference is English. Therefore, all submissions must be made in English.



Originality of Research

------------------------------



Submissions should not have been published previously in a conference or journal proceedings, nor shall they be presented at another conference, nor currently under review for publication elsewhere.



Review Process

--------------------



All paper submissions will be evaluated in a double-blind peer review process. These include both full research papers and Work-in-Progress papers. Each track will be chaired by IS academics/researchers with the research expertise in their respective areas. The Program Committee will finalize acceptance and Rejection decisions.









Commitment to participate

----------------------------------



At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.

Submissions should be original and should have been published previously.





Proceedings

---------------



It is planned to publish the proceedings in the Springer LNCS series (Final Approval Pending).
