*Position Title: Assistant Professor (Tenure-track)*

*Position Summary:*
The Department of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management in the
College of Business Administration at Rider University is recruiting for
one tenure-track assistant professor position starting in the 2016/2017
academic year.

*Qualifications:*
An earned doctorate in information systems or a related field is
required though candidates with ABD status will be considered. A solid
commitment to teaching in an interactive, student-centered learning
environment is required, as well as evidence of high quality scholarship
and demonstrated ability to produce intellectual contributions leading
to publication in high quality journals. Industry and professional
experience is strongly preferred.

*Responsibilities:*
We seek a colleague with expertise and teaching experience related to
one or more of the following: enterprise systems, computer networks,
computer programming, data mining and analytics, and web/mobile
application development. The applicant will be expected to develop and
teach undergraduate and graduate information systems courses.
Responsibilities will also include student advising, intellectual
contributions in high quality journals, and service to the department,
college and university. Experience or interest in collaborating with and
engaging industry partners in teaching and research activities related
to enriching student learning outcomes is highly desirable.
