The BIS Group at the National University of Ireland Galway are recruiting for a 13 month Post-doctoral Researcher to contribute to a research program funded by the Irish Research Council on the " Darkside of Enterprise Social Media".  The project will address the following two research questions ; (1) What cognitive and technological capabilities are needed by workers to avoid information overload from enterprise social media? (2) Do algorithm created filter bubbles constrain worker creativity?
