A paid 4-year full-time position of PhD student is available in the UGentMIS research group of the Dept. Business Informatics and Operations Management, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University, Belgium. We are looking for candidates that are interested in human aspects of enterprise modelling. The PhD researcher will perform experimental research to investigate model reading strategies, attention direction and pattern learning. The researcher will follow a doctoral training program, present work at international conferences, and write papers to publish the results of the research.
