This is a methodological replication of Moqbel, Nevo, and Kock (IT&P 2013). This study used participants from Pakistan whereas the original study examined employees in the United States. The results suggest that social networking site use influences job performance differently in the two countries and that in Pakistan, social networking site use affects organizational commitment.
