The 2nd International Conference on Open and Big Data (OBD 2016) invites
workshop proposals. The main objective of the workshops is to provide a
forum for researchers and professionals to discuss a specific topics
related to the theme of OBD 2016 conference. Potential workshop organisers
are requested to submit the following information to the workshop
coordinator:

- Title of the proposed workshop
- Workshop theme and call for papers
- Name of workshop chairs
- List of potential PC names
- Important dates

Submission and reviewing of the papers will be managed by the workshops
organizers. All the workshop papers must be reviewed by the TPC members
and Workshop Coordinator.

All papers accepted for the workshops are planned to be published in the
conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Conference Publishing
Service (CPS). The proceedings will be submitted to the IEEE-Xplore and the
IEEE Computer Society (CSDL) digital libraries. The proceedings are also
submitted for indexing through IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI, and
other indexing services.
