***** Publication *****
All accepted papers which have been presented at CITSM 2016 will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. 
Selected high-quality papers will be invited to be published, after revision and extension, in special issues of international journals IJWIS, JMM, IJPCC and IJMCMC. 

**** Scope *****
The CITSM 2016 is the fourth annual conferences in the general area of cyber and IT services management. 
It provides a forum for presenting and discussing the latest innovations, results and developments in cyber networks, pervasive systems, 
cloud environments, enterprise and IT related to service management. The conference provides a forum for ICT professionals engaged in research 
and development to share ideas, interact with others, present their latest works, and strengthen the collaboration among academics, 
researcher and professionals. It is a single track and highly-selective conference attended by foremost experts in this area from academia, 
industry, and government.
Recently, CITSM has been held in Lembang (2012), Jakarta (2013), and Tangerang-Selatan (2014). This year, Bandung will host CITSM 2016.


We invite two types of submissions: 
- Full Technical Papers and Short Position Papers. A full paper should provide solid conceptual and theoretical foundation and substantial support for its results and conclusions as a significant contribution to the field (max 6 pages). 
- A Position Paper could be demo or úwork in progress, i.e., it reports the latest emerged ideas, approaches, methodologies, systems and application scenarios but have not yet been fully implemented and/or undergone extensive evaluation.

**** Submission Guidelines ****
Paper must be submitted electronically in PDF via the CITSM website. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. 
Submitted papers will subject to stringent peer review by at least three members of the international program committee and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be submitted on IEEE Xplore and Conference Proceeding.
Paper length should be maximum 6 (six) pages including figures, tables, references, and appendices. Please use the standard IEEE conference proceeding templates for Microsoft Word on A4 size pages which can be founded at http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

CITSM 2016 best paper and student paper awards will be conferred on the authors at the conference.
