Dear Colleagues,

The deadline for submissions has been extended to 7. March!

ASDENCA (Int. workshop on Advances in Service DEsign based on the Notion of CApabiliy) is taking a concern to a new modelling paradigm “capability” going beyond well-established process and service, as a candidate to manage concerns of sustainability, adaptation and flexibility of enterprise IS in the presence of often changing business conditions. We encourage original research contributions exploring the challenges and solutions related to the meaning and usage of capability in Information Systems Engineering, as well as industrial case studies advocating the need and the use of this notion to address:

Capturing of organizational context and architecture
Agile alignment from business to IT
Transferring knowledge from other domains to IS engineering
Supporting sustainability by enabling long-term IS solutions
Supporting flexibility and adaptation of IS in rapidly changing business conditions
Mining of organisational resources and competencies
Analysis of the dynamics of change in enterprise and IT systems
Experiences in capability modeling and engineering
Capability management approaches

Important dates
Submission deadline:  7th March, 2016
Notification to authors: 21th March, 2016
CRC copy submission: 25th March, 2016
The workshop: 13th June 2016

***The accepted papers will be published in Springer proceedings, as well as invited for a submission to a special issue of the CSIMQ journal***
