The survey BPM Compass investigates current drivers and success factors of
business process management. The focus of this study is on questions in
relation to:

*	Goals and degree of goal achievement of business process management
*	Effects of factors such as digital transformation, industry 4.0, big
data, or cloud computing
*	Connections with other management approaches such as six sigma,
agile methods, or lean management
*	Relevance and acceptance of business process management within the
organization
*	Responsibilities, roles and governance structure of business process
management
*	Connection between organizational structure and business models

Why participating?

 

We invite practitioners to take part, who deal with business process
management in their organization in the role of a process analyst, process
owner, member of senior management or a comparable position. Participation
and the results of the study offer you the chance to reflect business
process management in your work environment and to critically question its
current positioning. Furthermore, you benefit from earlier access to the
study results and insights from a more detailed analysis that is available
to participants only. Finally, we also raffle off the following books among
