Assistant Professor/Instructor of Information and Technology Management
The Information and Technology Management Department of The University of Tampa's Sykes College of Business is seeking candidates for a term position at the Assistant Professor/Instructor level starting in August 2016. The Sykes College of Business is AACSB accredited and the MIS program is accredited by ABET.
Responsibilities include teaching courses at the undergraduate level in management information systems.  Teaching experience in information systems or related field is strongly desired.  Experience or training in enterprise systems such as SAP is strongly desired.
Candidates should have a commitment to teaching excellence, student involvement and community service.  Candidates should have relevant, applied and active scholarship.
Qualifications:
1. Applicants with a Ph.D. in the field of Management Information Systems or related fields are preferred.  Master's in the field of Management Information Systems or related fields is required.
2. Experience teaching MIS courses at the undergraduate level is strongly desired.
3. Active scholarship in information systems, operations management or related fields is strongly desired.
