Submission of full manuscript: May 15, 2016
Acceptance notification:                  July 31, 2016
Camera ready submission:                  September 30, 2016

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SUBMISSIONS:
All details on submission procedures are available on the main conference website: www.ieee-gcc.org<http://www.ieee-gcc.org> . Paper submission is done through EDAS: http://edas.info/19583. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The conference will have special student poster sessions. During the closing ceremony, best paper awards will be presented in three categories: student, academia and industry. All queries and concerns on the technical program, the tutorial and the special sessions should be directed to the technical committee chair

Proceedings & Journal Special Issue:
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings and indexed into IEEE Xplore digital library. Moreover, special issues of the International Journal of Services and Operations Management (IJSOM), Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, International Journal of Computer Applications in Technology & International Journal of Computing and Digital Systems will consider selected papers for publications.
