the 9th IEEE-GCC 2016 is very close  (extended to 30 June 2016), please

The 2016 IEEE-GCC conference is organized by the IEEE Saudi Arabia Section
in coordination with IEEE Bahrain Section. The conference will be held at

Papers are invited in all areas of IT, Electrical and Electronics
Engineering, under tracks focusing on (but not limited to) the following
topics. Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Conference
Proceedings and indexed into IEEE Xplore digital library.

Tutorial/Special Sessions : June 15
Full Paper manuscript : June 30
Industry & WiE Abstracts: June 30
Acceptance notification : August 31
Industry & WiE Presentations: Sep. 15
Final Manuscripts: September 30

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER SUBMISSIONS:
All details on submission procedures are available on the main conference
website: www.ieee-gcc.org . Paper submission is done through EDAS:
http://edas.info/19583. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The
accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The
conference will have special student poster sessions. During the closing
ceremony, best paper awards will be presented in three categories: student,
academia and industry. All queries and concerns on the technical program,
the tutorial and the special sessions should be directed to the technical
committee chair

Proceedings & Journal Special Issue:
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings and
indexed into IEEE Xplore digital library. Moreover, special issues of the
International Journal of Services and Operations Management (IJSOM),
Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, International Journal of Computer
Applications in Technology & International Journal of Computing and Digital
Systems will consider selected papers for publications.
