[AISWorld] Deadlines extended for EDSIG Conference and CONISAR 2016 in Las Vegas - November 6 - 9

The deadline for journal consideration for the EDSIG Conference and CONISAR
2016 has been extended to July 20.

The final deadline for presentation at the conference and inclusion in the
proceedings has been extended to August 10.

The EDSIG Conference and CONISAR will be jointly held November 6-9
at the Plaza Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The EDSIG Conference on Information Systems and Computing Education invites
scholarship exploring: Education in Data Analytics, Online Learning, Cyber
Security, Innovation in Pedagogy, and more.

The Conference on Information Systems Applied Research (CONISAR) invites
research exploring: Big Data, Data Analytics, Security, Business
Intelligence,
Cloud Computing, Ethics & Privacy Issues and more.

The top papers submitted by July 20 are invited for a second round of
reviews
after the conference for EDSIG’s two journals:

  Information Systems Education Journal

  Journal of Information Systems Applied Research

Journal accepted papers will be listed in the conference proceedings with
a reference to the journal publication. This is a great opportunity to get
valuable feedback from an engaged audience and to publish your improved
paper
in a peer reviewed journal (Cabell’s 40% acceptance rate).

This year, the Keynote Speaker & Distinguished IS Educator award winner
is Len Jessup, President of UNLV.

The conference room rate is $35/night and the $395 registration fee includes
the Sunday evening welcome reception, program lunches on Monday and Tuesday,
