Arrangements for the 15th European Conference on e-Learning (ECEL 2016<http://www.academic-conferences.org/?p=9472>), being hosted by Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic on the 27-28 October 2016, are now well underway and you can now see the preliminary programme at:
