Dear IS Professors and Researchers around the world:

JITCAR is now in its 18th year. As its Founder Editor since 1999 and continuing till 2007, I am delighted to tell you that JITCAR is doing very well. Dr. Steve Gordon, Professor at Babson College was its EIC for three years 2008-2010. Dr. Suprateek Sarker (currently EIC of JAIS) was its EIC for the next three years from 2011 to 2013. I took over as its EIC once again starting January 2014 - when the journal was acquired by Taylor & Francis from the Founder publisher Ivy League Publishing. Please note that T & F is a renowned publisher in existence since 1796.

Routledge (Taylor & Francis), in line with the ongoing trends, has published this journal online since 2014. The website to find all JITCAR issues is: http://www.tandfonline.com/utca. All authors and reviewers are encouraged to start using Routledge's online manuscript submission and reviewing system http://www.editorialmanager.com/jitcar/. To review the current and previous issues of JITCAR, please visit http://www.tandfonline.com/toc/utca20/current.

JICAR is now looking for a new Editor in Chief starting January, 2018. During the calendar year 2017, this incoming EIC will be a Senior Associate Editor doing similar functions as the EIC. I will make sure that this person learns the all tasks and responsibilities of EIC, so that the transition in January 2018 is smooth. This person will have firm foundation in the research methodology of Case Research through publishing in journals and conferences. It will be desirable (but not required) that he/she has prior editorial experience.

Please submit your biography (about 200 words) as well as detailed vita latest by September 15, 2016. Besides myself, your application will be reviewed by the esteemed Advisory Editors of JITCAR - Professors and Drs. Steve Gordon, David Paper, Varun Grover, Celia Romm Livermore, Prashant Palvia, James Teng, Suprateek Sarker.

Sincerely

Dr. Shailendra Palvia
