[AISWorld] SIGED Pre-ICIS Conference - Early Registration Extended

Greetings all,

Early registration for the SIGED Pre-ICIS Conference has been extended
through October 18, so now is the time to get registered and come join us
December 10 & 11 in Dublin. The SIGED Pre-ICIS Conference is a great venue
to connect with other IS educators and share ideas. SIGED is your special
interest group focused on IS education, and we are dedicated to promoting
excellence in Information Systems education, practice, and research. Our
objective is to provide a forum in which interdisciplinary researchers and
educators in information systems can exchange ideas, techniques, and
applications. The conference will include presentations of competitively
selected peer-reviewed papers, tutorials and panel discussions.


In addition, this year's conference will feature* the launch of the
proposed MSIS 2016 Global Competency Model.* This session will introduce
the completed (pending AIS Council approval) version of the MSIS 2016
global competency model to the members of the global IS community and
celebrate the IS community’s efforts to improve the quality of graduate
education.
