In particular we study new modes of organizing, coordination and collaboration from the micro level of work practices, to the meso level of group practices and the macro level of infrastructure development.
We are seeking colleagues with a wide range of interdisciplinary, sociotechnical research interests, as well as the ability and desire to teach courses in the fields of information management or interorganizational systems, e.g. Digital Business, Interorganizational Systems, Management of Information Age Organizations.

A PostDoc (in German: Akademischer Rat auf Zeit, salary grade A13 BBesO) is a post which offers an opportunity to qualify for full professorship in the German-speaking university system. This is a non-tenure faculty position, which allows for developing or expanding one's own research agenda in the broader area of IS. The appointment will be initially for three years with an option of an extension for another three years after successful evaluation.
The teaching load is an equivalent of 4 hours per week or 2 courses per year in the graduate and undergraduate programs of the Department of IS. The day-to-day supervision of PhD candidates is welcomed.

The working language in teaching and research is English. Accordingly, a high level of proficiency in English is required. German language skills are beneficial but not a prerequisite.

Information typically included in the application package:
* Description of the applicant's research and pedagogical qualifications, as well as other qualifications;
* Curriculum Vitae (CV);
* Complete list of publications;
* A plan for future work within the area of the announced position, both scientific and educational, if appointed.
