The Department of Financial Economic and Information Systems (FEIS) within
the College of Business at HPU has a full-time career-track position
beginning August 2017. The candidate will teach graduate and undergraduate
level information systems & business-related courses in the College of
Business; prepare and deliver course content to students, in the classroom
or online; compile materials for courses as needed for readings or
assignments; conduct discussions either in class or online; prepare,
administer, and grade assignments and examinations for courses; conduct
research in information systems or other business-related fields and
present findings in professional journals or in appropriate forums; oversee
research and other projects of graduate students working for advanced
degrees; serve on department, college, or university committees; regularly
meet in class as required by the course; advise students on academic and
professional curricula; act as faculty advisor to student organizations,
mentor students, and hold office hours for student consultation.


The College of Business is located in the heart of Downtown Honolulu. HPU
and the College of Business have the distinction of offering the MSIS
program in the State of Hawai'i in addition to a wide range of graduate and
undergraduate programs.
