Call for Papers

The COMPSAC 2017 symposium on IT in Practice (ITiP), co-sponsored by IT
<http://www.computer.org/itpro>  Professional, serves the interests and
needs of IT practitioners, application developers, IT managers, and CXOs
from business, industry, and government, as well as academics  and
researchers focusing on application-oriented work. The symposium focuses on
diverse elements necessary to successfully architect, design, engineer,
configure, and field a range of IT applications in several domains. It is an
interactive forum for sharing and gaining valuable insights and experiences
and for active engagement among technical professionals around the globe.

 

We solicit submissions on a range of topics related to the symposium theme,

In addition to regular papers, we welcome, particularly from industry
authors, short papers (6 pages) and fast abstracts (2 pages). 


Authors  are invited to submit original, unpublished research work, as well
as industrial practice reports. Simultaneous submission to other publication
venues is not permitted.  In accordance with IEEE policy, submitted
manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism; instances of alleged misconduct
will be handled according to the IEEE Publication Services and Product Board
Operations Manual. Detailed instructions for electronic paper submission,
panel, workshop, and tutorial proposals, fast abstracts, industry papers,
poster papers, doctoral symposium, and the review process will be available
