[AISWorld] ICTer2017 - 17th International Conference of Advances in ICT for Emerging Regions

Dear Sir/Madam,


International Conference on Advances in ICT for Emerging Regions is the
successor to the seminal International Information Technology Conference
(IITC) held in Sri Lanka since 1998. It provides a platform for local and
foreign researchers in the Computing domain to present their work to a
large audience. In order to get wider international participation and to
promote computing research in the fast emerging regions of the world
especially in Asia-Pacific, it was decided to broad base the conference and
link it with the related International Journal ICTer(journal.icter.org).

This year the ICTer2017 main conference will be held at the University of
Colombo School of computing on 07th and 08th of September 2017 and
submission of the papers is allowed till 27th March 2017. The relevant

In addition to the presentation of selected papers, several keynote
addresses would be made by prominent and leading personalities in the IT
world. The conference will include several pre and post-conference workshops
at the UCSC premises on 06th and 09th September 2017 conducted by top
experts in the cutting edge areas of Computer Science and Information and
Communication Technology.

The ICTer2017 organizing committee would also be awarding 10 sponsorships
for accepted papers of undergraduate and postgraduate students in computing
departments/centers of local universities to participate for the full
conference based on their submission’s quality.

The ICTer conference and journal are perfect opportunities to disseminate
your computing based research findings. We would appreciate if you could
circulate this information to your colleagues, institution or students and
make the researchers aware of this opportunity. We look forward for your
