Post-doctoral position at the University of Ottawa, Canada

We are seeking applicants for a post-doctoral position to conduct research at the University of Ottawa, Canada, on the topic of Social Commerce. Social commerce is defined as the “exchange-related activities that occur in, or are influenced by, an individual's social network in computer-mediated social environments” (Yadav et al., 2013).

Candidates must
- have a recent PhD in Information Systems or Computer Science
- have a strong research record
- have research interests in e-commerce, online marketplaces, Web 2.0 and social media, or related areas
- be a team player
- be able to work independently
- have good communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing)

The contract is for one year, but is renewable if results are satisfactory.
