Please be aware of the following information:

Authors of accepted papers who register by April 10 and make payment
before May 21, will benefit from the value of early registration.

Therefore you can complete the registration after the final decision
(conditionally accepted papers) is sent to authors (April 14).

Decisions about panel proposals will be sent out soon this week.
