Applications and uses of mobile technologies in the public sector has
taken a new
dynamic route with the promises of open government and enrichment of
numerous and
diverse stakeholders working ensemble towards a common goal: 
transforming
public
services and organisation to better suit desires and requirements of the
citizens.
Co-creation, by engaging citizens, government agencies, industry and 
others,
promotes participation, innovation, accountability and transparency but
how does
that happen? The practical collaborations to develop successful 
solutions
for both
public sector organisations and citizens are yet to be explored,
discovered and
developed.

This panel opens up an exciting discussion by critically evaluating the
roles of the
all stakeholders in co-creation of mobileGovernment services and raises 
a
challenge
to discover effective and systematic approaches for success.
