Hi Tom,

JJ Jiang would be a great fit for this position. As EIC of MISQ, JJ was my go-to guy when I needed a reviewer for the latest quantitative approaches.

JJ also is a wonderful colleague. I worked with him at UCF and continue to do so to this day. JJ has unbelievable energy and he is very bright. I like working with him because it is fun talking over new ideas with him and shaping those ideas into research projects. And, you can count on him to finish what he starts and to put in more than his share when doing projects. I actually have a hard time keeping up with him. He also is a great in the classroom and with doctoral students.

JJ has a strong background in project management and is especially interested in implementing projects and programs . More recently he has been ramping up his knowledge of the Bright Internet and he wants to work on projects related to security. Another real plus is that he can collect data sets from China.

Would you like me to put a bug into his ear about your position? I know he is considering some research chairs in the US.

Best wishes,

Carol
