[AISWorld] knowledge sharing software

Good afternoon everyone,

I have been searching for a free or low-price software solution for people
across the country to share their knowledge easily.  Most of the users will
not be tech savvy, so it would have to be very user friendly.

If any of you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your
feedback!
