ICTO2018 http://icto2018.webs.com Information and Communication Technologies for an Inclusive WorldUniversity Paris Nanterre,  March22d and 23d, 2018 ICTO2018 is the fourth version of ICTO international conference thatattracts multidisciplinary contributions on information systems from the areasof business and management, strategy, marketing, human resources, accounting,logistics, finance, supply chain, economics, computer science, and informationengineering mainly submitted by international scholars.ICTO2018 conference will beorganized at the University of Paris Nanterre, France. It is characterized byits friendly atmosphere that offers scholars the opportunity for highquality discussion and feedback, valuable networking opportunities both withinthe academic community and the international IS community. ConferencescopeToday, the roleof Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) in shaping humanactivity in organizations and in society has become more and moreprominent. But many decades after their introduction,the question remains: What do weknow about their design, their usage,and their impact?  What have we learnedafter all these years of research?This conference isconcerned with these ICTs, shedding light on how they were, how they are, andhow they will be understood, adopted, adapted, and used withinorganizations and more generally, within the society as a whole.The main focus will be onhow actors understand the potential of ICTs to support organizationalactivities and hence how they adopt and adapt these technologies to achievetheir goals. We are interested indifferent areas of the organization's strategy through new business models,competitive strategies, knowledge management, etc. Specific areas are concernedsuch as marketing, human resource management, project management, operationmanagement, innovation management, etc. These questions can de addressed bothin private and public sector either national or international e.g. thoughdevelopment policies, in industry and services. We are also interested in howorganization impact society through sustainable development and socialresponsibility.
