[AISWorld] Student Confidentiality Agreements

Hi all.  As we have more of our students work on projects with local small
businesses, we are looking for a more formal methodology of making sure the
students understand the "private" nature of the data they are working on.
Effectively, we want our students to sign a "confidentiality agreement" with
the local firms.  The agreements I have seen are fairly "dense" and they are
the typical "legalese documents" that we see so often.  Does anyone have or
know where I can find some more "student friendly and readable" agreements
that we can use with our clients and students?
