[AISWorld] WISE 2017 - Registration and Hotel Information

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce that the 28th Workshop on Information Systems and Economics (WISE 2017) will be held in Seoul, Korea at Le Meridien Seoul Gangnam Hotel, on December 13-15, 2017.  Seoul is one of the safest and advanced cities in terms of technologies in the world (http://safecities.economist.com/safe-cities-index-2017).   

This year we had a very high number of quality submissions (20 more than WISE 2016) with a total of 210 submissions. 

Now, registration is open and discount rate for the hotel and more information are available on the WISE website (http://wiseconf.org/). 


* Registration Guide
Note that at least one author for each paper must register by November 5, 2017. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of full payment.

* Visa Processing
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to attend WISE 2017, please follow the steps below: 
 - Please pay the conference registration fee. Only those who have registered are entitled to receive an invitation letter.
 - Then send a request for an invitation letter, together with your confirmation of conference registration, to the program chairs at wiseconf2017 at gmail.com. 

In the request for an invitation letter, please include the following information:
 - First name and Family name
 - Title (Mr., Ms., Prof., Dr.)
 - Affiliation (place of work)
 - Data of Birth
 - Passport No. and issuing country

The invitation as a PDF document will then be sent to your email address. 
​Please Note: Visa requests can take several weeks, registrants are strongly encouraged to apply for the Letter of Invitation no later than a month prior to the conference.


*Lodging & Accommodation*
We have arranged a discounted block at the Le Meridien Seoul hotel, at a nightly rate of US$210. You can obtain the discounted rate via this booking link https://www.starwoodmeeting.com/events/start.action?id=1710158431&key=2255830E until November 15th, 2017.

Please note that this nightly rate is more than US$100 cheaper than the regular nightly rate for the conference dates, and space is limited, so book early if you plan to attend the conference!
