Finance, Real Estate, and Decision Sciences, has an opening at the assistant professor rank to teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate (MBA) level. Position starts August 2018.


RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching undergraduate and potentially graduate level (MBA) courses both face-to-face and online; engaging in research leading to publications and other scholarly output; serving on faculty and other committees; actively participating in other appropriate service and professional activities. The teaching load will consist of a minimum of 6 hours per semester.


QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in IT, MIS, or closely related field, or they must complete all degree requirements before the effective date of appointment. The successful candidate is required to clearly demonstrate the following: strong potential for excellence in research, evidence of teaching effectiveness in IT or MIS, excellent oral and written communication skills and successful experience with diverse populations.


SALARY: AACSB competitive, dependent upon qualifications. Summer research support may be available on a competitive basis.
