Candidate Qualifications:
*        Candidates who have Ph.D. in Information Systems or a closely related field, prior to the effective date of appointment, from an  AACSB (or equivalent) accredited institution.
*        Candidates who have demonstrated potential to conduct high quality research as well as presented publication records.
*        Candidates who have demonstrated ability to teach effectively in the following areas: Systems Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Mobile Application Development, technical aspect of Information Systems.
*        Candidates who have excellent written and oral communication skills.
*        Candidates who are willing to collaborate on curriculum development, provide university services, and work with a diverse student population.
Department, College, University, and the City:
*        The Department's faculty members conduct research and publish in leading Information Systems journals, including Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, Journal of MIS, Decision Sciences, Communications of ACM, Marketing Science, Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, and INFORMS journals, among others.  They present papers at ICIS, AMCIS, ECIS, AoM, DSI, ACM, IEEE, and INFORMS meetings.
*        Current research areas include data analytics, IoT, electronic commerce, business models, security and assurance, mobile systems, software processes, social network analysis, networks and simulations, healthcare management, and business communications, among others.
*        The College of Business Administration is one of the largest accredited business schools in the United States.  The College offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs (MBA and MS).
